Influenza A-H1N1

Introducing Influenza A- H1N1 Virus One-Step Test Kit

Intended Use

The QikTech Influenza A H1N1 Test has been design for fast and specific detection of the swine flu virus and you will obtain the following:
Using the test
    • Specific Detection of A-H1N1 Virus
    • Sensitivity: 95%
    • Specificity: 92%
    • Results shown in less then 5 minutes

Principle of the Procedure

The QikTech Influenza A H1N1 test utilizes a sandwich immunoassay system and the immunochromatographic detection assay, to be performed in one assay. Prior to the test, the nasal swab sample is obtained and placed into an Extraction tube with the Solution buffer. The color intensity will depend on the concentration of Influenza A H1N1 antigen in the sample.  On the other hand, a color band will always appear at the Control zone ("C").

Introducing the world's first One-Step TORCH test

Intended Use

The TORCH test is a panel of rapid qualitative lateral flow test designed for the qualitative detection
of the following:

• IgG/IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii(TOXO),
• Cytomegalovirus (CMV),
• Rubella,
• Herpes Simplex virus (HSV-1 and HSV-2) in human serum/plasma samples.

Principles of the Test

The quick one-step test utilizes a sandwich immunoassay system and the immunochromatographic detection assay, to be performed in one assay. If TORCH antibody is present in the sample in concentration above the detection, a labeled antibody-dye complex will be formed. This complex is then captured by antigen immobilized in the Test Zone of the membrane, producing a visible pink-rose color band on the membrane. The color intensity will depend on the concentration of TORCH antibody in the sample.

A Assay for Acute Myocardial Infarction

Intended Use

The quick one-step AMI test is a rapid, chromatography immunoassay for qualitatively determination of Tni/CKMB/Myo in blood/ serum/ plasma. The elevation of AMI indicates a myocardial infarction.

The quick one-step Tni/CKMB/Myo test is an easy, fast and visually read method that does not require instrumentation, such like HCG. The test system employs unique antibodies, one pair selectively identifies each test with a high degree of sensitivity. The sensitivity and diagnostic efficiency of CKMB combined with myoglobin is statistically higher compared to the combination of cTni and myglobin for the early diagnosis of AMI.

Principles of the Test

The quick one-step test utilizes a sandwich immunoassay system and the immunochromatographic detection assay, to be performed in one assay. If Tni,CKMB or Myo is present in the sample in concentration above the cut-off level x ng/ml, a labeled specific antibody-dye complex. This complex is then captured by another specific antibody immobilized in the Test Zone (“T”) of the membrane, producing a visible pink-rose color band on the membrane.
The color intensity will depend on the concentration of Tni,CKMB or Myo in the sample.
