The quick one-step Tni/CKMB/Myo test is an easy, fast and visually read method that does not require instrumentation, such like HCG. The sensitivity and diagnostic efficiency of CKMB combined with myoglobin is statistically higher compared to the combination of cTni and myglobin for the early diagnosis of AMI.
